The public hearing for this zoning amendment will be conducted by the Planning Board via a virtual meeting room format on February 10, 2021 at 7:00 PM at: https://zoom.us/j/94878518219
This is the same zoning amendment proposed in February of 2020. Public hearings were held by the Planning Board on this amendment in March 2020 and October 2020; however, due to COVID restrictions, the town was not able to entertain the article at either of the scheduled town meetings. Therefore, the Planning Board will conduct a third public hearing for the same proposed amendment at their February 2021 meeting in the hopes that there will be an unrestricted Town Meeting in May of 2021. MGL Chapter 40A, Section 5 requires that a public hearing be held six months or less before a zoning amendment is voted on.
