Water Restrictions

The Irrigation Bylaw (PDF) was revised at ATM on May 10, 2011. The by-law does not restrict private well users from outdoor water use. If you have been issued a warning violation, please contact our office at 978-777-0407 and we will verify the well and void the warning.

Effective: October 7, 2025, Middleton is at a Level 1 Water Restriction.
