Town Election is held on the THIRD Tuesday in May of the current year.
Nomination papers for our Annual Town Election at the Town Clerk’s Office starting the first Monday in January. Any person who is a Middleton resident and a registered voter may obtain nomination papers. Candidates running for town wide office require the valid signatures of 50 registered Middleton voters. Signed nomination papers must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office for certification in order to be eligible for your name to appear on the ballot.
