Attention Middleton Residents!
The Middleton Affordable Housing Trust has partnered with Habitat for Humanity to launch a home repair program for residents in need. Keep your home safe and comfortable through the Critical Home Repair Program.
Critical repairs up to $25,000 will be paid for by the Affordable Housing Trust for income-eligible Middleton homeowners.
Single-member households making up to $69,480 annually and two-member households making up to $79, 440 may qualify for the program. Please see the eligibility requirements for income limits for households with 3 or more members.
