Middleton Resident COVID-19 Booster Clinic and Limited First Dose Clinic on 1/13/2021:
The Middleton Health Department will offer COVID-19 Booster Vaccinations for Pfizer and Moderna and some limited First-Dose vaccinations for Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J based off state eligibility criteria. To register, please visit the registration link and complete the first registration page and then choose Flint Public Library for location. Prior Registration is required and NO-WALK INs are allowed.
