The Veterinary Association of the North Shore will hold a rabies vaccination clinic in Middleton Wednesday, May 2, from 4 to 6 pm, at the Fuller Meadow School, 143 S. Main St. (Rt. 114). The clinic is open to the general public. The cost is $10 per pet, dogs and cats only, with proceeds going towards veterinary student scholarships. Please have dogs on leashes and cats in carriers. Aggressive dogs should have a muzzle; This is for the safety of your pets and for the people attending the clinic. Bring proof of all previous rabies certificates to receive a three-year rabies vaccine. Otherwise a one-year rabies vaccination will be given. All dogs and cats are required by law to have a current rabies vaccination.
