North Main Corridor Study

Do you have a vision for the future of Middleton? Are you curious about long-term community planning? Get involved with the North Main Corridor Study!

This study is a 9-month deep dive into mapping the corridor and and making evidence-based recommendations for the future. The study area runs along North Main Street/Route 114 from approximately the Essex Street junction to the North Andover line.

Study Goals:

  • analyze existing conditions, including land uses and zoning;
  • analyze the economic impact of the corridor;
  • examine existing residential and commercial market conditions and needs;
  • study development opportunities on vacant and underutilized parcels;
  • and identify strategies to encourage the type of development the community would like to see along the corridor to improve quality of life for Middleton residents.

There are lots of ways to get involved!
